Access to Upgrades

If you are already logged in to the Member Portal when you purchase an Upgrade, you may still see the "Buy Now" button instead of the "Access" button.



Please try refreshing your browser, or log out and log in again to refresh the system.



Once you've done that you should then see the "Access" button for your Upgrade(s).



If you are still having issues, please raise a Ticket and we can do a manual check to make sure you are 

registered for the correct access.
